I have been in the finance industry for over 10 years. I specialize in assisting both first time and non-first-time homebuyers through the mortgage process. Additionally, I can provide credit counseling when needed. My customers can expect outstanding service, professionalism, strong attention to detail, communication, timeliness, and accuracy. I am experienced in many types of loan programs from Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Construction Loans, Investment Properties and First Time Homebuyer Programs (IHCDA, MSHDA, etc.).
